Reno Pool Repair Pro (renopoolpros.com) is operated by AuthenitcBrand, LLC. We are an independent referral and matching service — we connect people looking for pool repair help in the Reno/Sparks, NV area with independent, third-party pool repair contractors. We do not perform pool repair, service, or leak-detection work ourselves.

Information we collect

When you use this site, we may collect:

• Information you submit — your name, phone number, email address, property location/service area, and a description of your pool problem, submitted through our contact form.
• SMS opt-in data — if you check the box on our form consenting to receive text messages, we record that consent, the phone number it applies to, and the timestamp it was given.
