Terms of Service
Last updated: September 17, 2026
Draft notice: these terms are a working draft prepared for Reno Pool Repair Pro and have not yet been reviewed by an attorney. They should receive legal review before — or promptly after — this site's public launch.
Who we are, and what this service is
Reno Pool Repair Pro (renopoolpros.com, "we," "us") is operated by AuthenitcBrand, LLC. By using this website or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Reno Pool Repair Pro is an independent referral service. We connect Reno/Sparks pool owners with independent, third-party Nevada-licensed pool contractors — we do not perform pool repair, service, or leak-detection work ourselves. Always verify a contractor's NSCB license before hiring.
Eligibility
This service is intended for adults age 18 and older. By submitting a request or opting in to receive text messages, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
No guarantee of contractor quality, licensing, or availability
We connect you with independent, third-party contractors who report being licensed and insured in Nevada. We do not independently verify every contractor's license, insurance, or business standing on an ongoing basis, and we do not guarantee the quality, pricing, availability, or outcome of any work performed by a matched contractor. You are responsible for verifying a contractor's license yourself before hiring — see our license verification page — and for negotiating and agreeing to your own terms directly with any contractor you choose to hire.
Consent to be contacted (TCPA)
By submitting the contact form on this site, you consent to be contacted by Reno Pool Repair Pro and the specific independent contractor(s) matched to your request, by phone, text, and/or email, about your pool repair inquiry. This consent names the specific businesses that may contact you — us and the matched contractor(s) — rather than an open-ended list. If your request is later routed to a different contractor than the one first identified to you, we'll obtain fresh, contractor-specific consent before that contractor sends you any automated marketing message. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of using this service or of any purchase.
SMS program terms
- Program description: transactional text messages related to your pool repair request — for example, confirming a contractor match or following up on your inquiry. We do not run a recurring promotional/marketing text program.
- Message frequency: varies based on your request; typically limited to the messages needed to complete a match and follow-up.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, per your carrier's plan.
- Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. Reply HELP for help.
- Carrier disclaimer: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers; not all carriers may be supported.
- Age restriction: you must be 18 or older to opt in to this SMS program.
Call recording
Nevada requires all-party consent for call recording. If a tracked phone number on this site is ever recorded, we will disclose that at the start of the call and will not record without the consent required under Nevada law. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
Site content is informational, not professional advice
Cost figures, diagnostic checklists, and other content on this site are provided for general informational purposes, sourced and dated as shown on each page, and are not a substitute for an actual inspection or quote from a licensed contractor. National or regional cost benchmarks shown on this site are explicitly labeled as such and are not a quote or guarantee of what any specific job will cost in Reno or Sparks.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuthenitcBrand, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site, your reliance on any content published here, or your dealings with any contractor you are matched with. This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
